On November 15, 2017, BART filed a Motion to Dismiss BROWN’S 6 7 First Amended Complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P 12(b)(6) (the “Motion to 8 Dismiss”) 9 2. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12 and LR 7-2.(b), Plaintiff BROWN must 10 11 12 reply to the Motion to Dismiss by November 29, 2017. 3.
