Terrafirma Venture LLC, et al., case no. 2:17-cv-01890-JCM-NJK. 15 On April 12, 2018, the court granted the parties’ joint motion and stipulation to temporarily 16 stay litigation to conduct negotiations and attempt to resolve the case. (ECF No. 47). Since that 17 date, no party has submitted any filings with the court. The court orders the parties to file a joint 18 status report indicating the current status of the case. 19 Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall submit a joint status report to the court 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 James C.
