Mayela F. Hess and Defendants Equifax Information Services, LLC (“Equifax”) and

Nationstar Mortgage, LLC (“Nationstar”), by and through their respective counsel of record,

hereby stipulate and agree to dismiss Plaintiff’s claims against both Defendants Nationstar and
