hereby stipulate and agree as follows:

1. Plaintiff filed a Motion for Reconsideration on April 20, 2018 (ECF 47).

2. Pursuant to Local Rule, a Response is due on or before May 4, 2018.

Plaintiff and the Association by and through their counsel hereby agree and stipulate to

allow the Association an extension of time to file its Response to the Motion for

Reconsideration. Association shall have up to and including May 18, 2018, to file its Response.
