Pro se plaintiff Grace Albanese brings yet another action against the Las Vegas Police

Department, this time for stalking and police involvement/indifference. Magistrate Judge Koppe
12
recommends that I dismiss this case.1

The report and recommendation was entered August 17, 2017, making August 31, 2017,
14
the deadline to file an objection. Albanese has not filed any objection to the report and
15
recommendation. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation
16
unless objections are filed.”2 Accordingly, with good cause appearing and no reason to delay, IT
17
IS HEREBY ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Koppe’s report and recommendation [ECF No.
18
4] is ACCEPTED and ADOPTED; and Albanese’s case is DISMISSED. The Clerk of Court
19
is directed to CLOSE THIS CASE.
