1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 2 DISTRICT OF NEVADA 3 *** 4 5 ALICE KING-COLLINS, 6 Plaintiff, 7 8 vs. MICHAL MANDA, et al., 9 2:17-cv-01984-RFB-VCF ORDER Defendants. 10 11 Before the Court is Alice King-Collins v. Michal Manda, et al., case number 2:17-cv-01984-RFB- 12 VCF. Plaintiff filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis on July 20, 2017. (ECF No. 1). The Court 13 denied the motion to proceed in forma pauperis for failure to disclose information on her monthly 14 expenses, dependent information, and debts. (ECF No. 3). King-Collins was ordered to complete all the 15 questions in the application to proceed in forma pauperis, or in the alternative, pay the full filing fee by 16 September 6, 2017. Id. 17 To date, King-Collins has not filed an amended application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay 18 the filing fee. Hence, it would seem as though King-Collins has abandoned this litigation. A complaint 19 has not been lodged in this matter since the application for in forma pauperis was denied and the filing 20 fee was not paid. 21 22 23 24 25 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Clerk of Court administratively close this case. DATED this 25th day of October, 2017. _________________________ CAM FERENBACH UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
