DISCUSSION

On July 28, 2017, this Court ordered Plaintiff to file a fully complete application to

proceed in forma pauperis or pay the full $400 filing fee for a civil action no later than August

16

28, 2017. (ECF No. 3 at 2). On August 9, 2017, Plaintiff filed a motion for an extension of

17

time to file a fully complete application to proceed in forma pauperis. (ECF No. 6). The Court

18

now grants Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time. Plaintiff shall file a fully complete

19

application to proceed in forma pauperis or pay the full $400 filing fee on or before Friday,

20

October 20, 2017.

For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that the motion for extension of time (ECF

CONCLUSION

No. 6) is granted.
