Fannie Mae filed its motion for summary judgment on December 27, 2017 [ECF No. 28]. 25 2. On January 18, 2018, the Court entered a stipulation extending the deadline for BFP’s 26 opposition to Fannie Mae’s motion for summary judgment to January 24, 2018. [ECF 27 No. 34]. 28 -1- Case 2:17-cv-02033-JCM-VCF Document 36 Filed 01/24/18 Page 2 of 2 1 2 3. The parties hereby stipulate and agree that BFP’s opposition to Fannie Mae’s motion for summary judgment shall now be due Friday, January 26, 2018. 3 4. This is the second request for an extension of this deadline and it is not made for the 4 purposes of delay or prejudice to any party. The additional time requested is necessary 5 because Fannie Mae was unable to disclose documents Magistrate Judge Ferenbach 6 ordered to be produced on Monday, until Tuesday at 3:21 p.m. 7 5. There still remains documents missing that BFP contends were ordered to be produced, 8 but the parties are working that issue out, and if a further extension is warranted, the 9 parties will submit another stipulation. 10 DATED this 24th day of January, 2018.
