referred to as “Defendants RAY”) hereby request that one of its trial counsel, FARHAN R.

NAQVI of NAQVI INJURY LAW, be excused from attending the July 25, 2018 settlement

conference. Mr. Naqvi is currently out of the country and is scheduled to return the week of the

settlement conference. Defendants RAY will be represented at the July 25, 2018 settlement

conference by their other trial counsel of record, ELIZABETH E. COLEMAN, in accordance
