Smith’s (Plaintiff) motion for reversal and/or remand 24 (Docket Number 19). The current deadline is January 5, 2018, and the new deadline would be January 25 12, 2018. This is the second extension of time requested in the above-captioned matter, and it is 26 Defendant’s first request for extension of time. Defendant requests this additional time due to 27 unanticipated medical leave. Plaintiff’s counsel has stated that Plaintiff does not oppose the 28 UNOPPOSED MOT.
