ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that 11 , 13 defendant Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company's motions to dismiss are GRANTED. Plaintiff Tanya Teodoro's individual claims are dismissed without prejudice. Her class claims are dismissed with prejudice. Teodoro may file any amended complaint within 30 days of entry of this order. If she does not, this case will be closed. Signed by Judge Andrew P.
