(collectively, 26 “Defendants”) and Plaintiff V5 Technologies, LLC d/b/a Cobalt Data Centers (“Plaintiff”) agree 27 and stipulate to extend the deadline for the parties to submit their proposed ESI Stipulation until 28 Page 1 of 2 LV 421033648v1 Case 2:17-cv-02349-KJD-NJK Document 42 Filed 12/19/17 Page 2 of 2 1 Friday, December 22, 2017, and request that the Court enter an order approving the same. 2 On December 6, 2017, the Court entered a Scheduling Order (ECF No. 40) directing the 3 parties to submit a proposed ESI Stipulation governing the production of electronically stored 4 information on or before December 19, 2017. The parties are continuing to negotiate the terms 5 of a proposed ESI Stipulation and desire additional time to conclude their negotiations in hopes 6 of avoiding the need for court intervention on this issue. The parties believe that they will be able 7 to conclude these negotiations by December 22, 2017.
