ECF No. 16. The parties last 9 advised me about the arbitration’s status in September 2019. ECF No. 23. I therefore direct the 10 parties to provide another status report. I also direct the parties to show cause why this action 11 should not be dismissed since the parties have agreed to binding arbitration. 12 I THEREFORE ORDER that by May 29, 2020 the parties shall file a status report 13 regarding the arbitration. If one or more of the parties does not agree that this case should be 14 dismissed, that party must show cause why it should not be dismissed.
