Bloom and Linda Wendell Hsu 7 8 filed concurrently with Nautilus's Request for Sanctions, the meet and confer correspondence 9 attached to the declaration of Peter W. Bloom, and the attached Stipulation as to reasonable fees 10 The Court orders that pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 26(c)(3), 37(a)(5), and 12 LLP 11 ATTORNEYS AT LAW Selman Breitman and costs for the preparation of the two discovery motions; the Court's Order of February 20, 2020, ECF No. 203, Nautilus is awarded monetary sanctions in 13 the amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000), representing an agreed-upon reasonable 14 amount of fees and costs incurred by Nautilus for its preparation of the two discovery motions, 15 ECF Nos. 176 and 184, to be paid to Nautilus's counsel of record within thirty (30) days of the 16 entry of this Order. 17 IT IS SO ORDERED: 18 19 20 May 1, 2020 Dated: __________________ 21 ____________________________________ Magistrate Judge Daniel J.
