day extension of time up to and including February 5, 2018 to serve and permission to serve

Defendant Efren Isaac Sotelo (hereinafter "Efren") by publication. Pursuant to the Court's Order

Granting the same Document 12 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(e)(1).

NCC shall comply with service of Defendant Efren Isaac Sotelo pursuant to Nevada Rules

of Civil Procedure 4(e)(1)(iii) and other applicable Nevada law by publishing the summons in the

Nevada Legal News newspaper, published in the State of Nevada, to be designated by this Court

for a period of 4 weeks, and at least once a week during said time.
