ORDER that 1 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The clerk shall file the Petition. Petitioner shall have 45 days from the date of entry of this order to show cause why the Court should not dismiss this action fo r failure to exhaust any of his claims in state court. The clerk shall add Adam Paul Laxalt as counsel for respondents and electronically serve a copy of the habeas corpus petition and this order upon respondents. Respondents' counsel shall ente r a notice of appearance within 20 days of the entry of this order, but need take no further action in this case unless and until the Court so orders.
