damages. As such, the Motion is unopposed. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED the Motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiff is precluded from introducing

evidence of any lost wages, diminished earning capacity, or future medical damages in motion
23
practice, hearing or trial.
