The parties previous submitted a proposed 12 scheduling order (ECF No. 14), which was rejected by the Court for failure to include the 13 declarations required under Local Rule 26-1(b). Upon review, the parties’ revised proposal does not 14 include the declarations required under Local Rule 26-1(b). 15 16 17 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the parties’ stipulated discovery plan and proposed scheduling order (ECF No. 16) is DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties must file a revised discovery plan and proposed 18 scheduling order in accordance with the Local Rules no later than February 8, 2018.
