Swisstrax’s response to Snap Lock’s first amended complaint will be filed on or before December 29, 2017. 3. This is the first stipulation for extension of time to file the Counterclaim and Answer. 4. The stipulation is made in good faith to allow time for Snap Lock to file the 6 amended Complaint, and thereafter Swisstrax’s response. This avoids needless and duplicative 7 filings.
