The current deadline for Trans Union 21 to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint is November 29, 2017. Trans Union 22 needs additional time to locate and assemble the documents relating to Plaintiff’s credit file and 23 any disputes submitted by Plaintiff. In addition, Trans Union’s counsel needs additional time to 24 review Trans Union’s documents and respond to the allegations in the Complaint. 25 Plaintiff has agreed to extend the deadline in which Trans Union has to answer or 26 otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint up to and including December 20, 2017. This is the 27 28 4845-8008-4566.1 9511741.1/SP/83057/0100/112017 1 1 first stipulation for extension of time for Trans Union to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint.
