BERRYHILL, 12 Defendant 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 I, Darrin Duhamel, the Plaintiff in the above-named proceeding, respectfully move this Court to provide me with an additional 30 days for which to file my response to the Defendant’s (Dkt. 57) cross-motion to remand my case back to the Social Security Administration for further proceedings. While the Defendant has been approved for two extensions of time, this is my first such request.
