Plaintiff CATHERINE FLEMING (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant CIGNA HEALTHCARE
(“Defendant”), by and through their respective counsel of record, hereby request that the Court
extend the deadline for Defendant to file its first responsive pleading, which is currently set for
January 4, 2018, until January 26, 2018.
Plaintiff filed her Complaint on December 12, 2017 and a first responsive pleading deadline
was set for January 4, 2018. This is the first stipulation for an extension of time to file the first
responsive pleading.
