Pursuant to the Court’s Order (ECF No. 6), an Early Neutral Evaluation Session in this

matter has been scheduled for February 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., with written evaluation statements

20

due on February 7, 2018. Accordingly, the parties, by and through their respective counsel of

21

record, do hereby stipulate and agree to reschedule the Early Neutral Evaluation Session in this

22

matter, as well as the applicable deadline for submission of the written evaluation statements. The

23

parties propose the following new dates: February 1, 2018, March 1, 2018, March 26, 2018, March

24

27, 2018, March 28, 2018, and March 29, 2018 for the Early Neutral Evaluation Session and a week

25

prior to the new date for the submission of the written evaluation statements.
