On February 27, 2018, HOA filed its Motion to Dismiss Complaint [ECF No. 9]. The deadline for U.S. Bank to respond to the Motion to Dismiss is currently March 12, 2018. The Parties have discussed extending the deadline for U.S. Bank to file its response to March 26, 2018. This is the first stipulation for extension of time for U.S. Bank to respond to HOA’s Page 1 of 2 1 Motion to Dismiss. The extension is requested for scheduling reasons and is made in good faith 2 and is not for purposes of delay or prejudice to any other party. 3 WHEREFORE, based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED 4 that the deadline for U.S. Bank to file its response to HOA’s Motion to Dismiss shall be 5 extended to March 26, 2018. 6 7 DATED this 9th day of March, 2018.
