ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that the court will moot the following objections and motions still pending before the court: (1) 195 defendant Jonathan Hanley's objection to magistrate judge order; (2) 275 Hanley's motion to deem requests for ad mission admitted; (3) 276 Hanley's emergency motion to expedite; (4) 310 Hanley's motion for hearing before district judge; and (5) 314 Hanley's motion to strike.The clerk shall enter judgment and close the case accordingly. Consumer Defense LLC, et al., case number 2:18-cv-00030-JCM-BNW. 15 On December 9, 2019, the court entered an order granting plaintiff Federal Trade 16 Commission’s motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 320). Because that order fully disposed 17 of this matter, the court will moot the following objections and motions still pending before the 18 court: (1) defendant Jonathan Hanley’s objection to magistrate judge order, ECF No. 195; (2) 19 Hanley’s motion to deem requests for admission admitted, ECF No. 275; (3) Hanley’s emergency 20 motion to expedite, ECF No. 276; (4) Hanley’s motion for hearing before district judge, ECF No. 21 310; and (5) Hanley’s motion to strike, ECF No. 314. 22 Accordingly, 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 The clerk shall enter judgment and close the case accordingly. 25 DATED December 10, 2019. 26 27 28 James C.
