Commissioner of Social Security, through their undersigned attorneys, stipulate,

subject to this court’s approval, to extend the time by 21 additional days from June

July 16, 2018 to August 6, 2018, for Plaintiff to file a motion to remand, with all

other dates in the Court’s Order Concerning Review of Social Security Cases

request for an extension. This request is made at the request of Plaintiff’s counsel.

On June 16, 2018, Plaintiff's Counsel contacted Defendant's Counsel to discuss the

possibility of settlement. Defendant's Counsel reviewed the file and by July 24,

4

2018, the parties were unable to agree to a settlement. Accordingly, Counsel

5

requests an additional 21 days to prepare its motion.
