Bitsko’s 12 response to the complaint was due on February 20, 2018. Federal Defendant United States of America 13 moves for an order providing the United States with a sixty-day extension of time, from February 20, 2018 14 to April 20, 2018. Id. 15 On February 26, 2018, the United States filed a Motion to Dismiss. (ECF No. 6). On March 2, 16 2018, the Court granted the Bitsko’s Motion to Substitute Party. (ECF No. 7). John Bitsko was dismissed 17 from this action and the United States of America substituted in as sole defendant. 18 Accordingly, 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for Extension of Time to Answer (ECF No. 4) is 20 21 22 23 24 25 GRANTED.
