Plaintiff Richard Mecall, DDS and defendant Canada Life Assurance Company of

America hereby stipulate and request the Court to extend Canada Life’s deadline to answer

or otherwise respond to Mecall’s Complaint by 14 days, from June 7, 2018 through and

including June 21, 2018. The defendant requested the stipulation, and the plaintiff agreed,

22

in order to allow defense counsel time to review the claim file, which is quite voluminous,

23

prepare a responsive pleading to the plaintiff’s detailed Complaint, and then consult with her

24

client before the deadline.
