The Motion was filed 27 on April 23, 2018. 28 Case 2:18-cv-00655-GMN-CWH Document 17 Filed 05/07/18 Page 2 of 2 1 The purpose of requesting this extension is due to the numerous pre-trial motion 2 deadlines Plaintiffs’ counsel has had to address for various cases in the Eighth Judicial District 3 Court of Nevada and the complexities of the legal issues raised in Defendant’s Motion. 4 In light of these issues, pending the Court’s approval, counsel for Defendant/Movant 5 Cardiff Sport Technologies, LLC has graciously agreed to a one-week extension, through and 6 until May 14, 2018, for Plaintiffs to file their Opposition to Defendant Cardiff Sport 7 Technologies, LLC’s Motion for Transfer/Change of Venue to Northern Division. This is the 8 first extension requested in connection with the underlying motion and the parties do not 9 anticipate requesting another extension as it relates to the instant motion. The parties 10 understand the need to complete the briefing of this Motion.
