Plaintiff’s 25 counsel may be facing surgery and does not know when he will be released from the hospital. 26 Counsel for the parties have conferred and agreed to continue the hearing, with the Court’s 27 permission, for 30 days to a date on which the Court is available. 28 JACKSON LEWIS P.C.
