Such motion was filed on August 9, 2018, with a response in opposition being due 25 on August 23, 2018. The parties agree Plaintiffs will have until September 13, 2018 to file their 26 27 28 response in opposition to this motion. The parties further stipulate and agree that these Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 9 and 10), the Opposition (ECF No. 20) and the Reply (ECF No. 22) shall be deemed to 1 Case 2:18-cv-00840-APG-NJK Document 25 Filed 08/13/18 Page 2 of 2 1 apply to the First Amended Complaint filed by plaintiffs on August 1, 2018 (ECF No. 17).
