$75,000. In addition, the parties stipulate that Plaintiff’s Causes of Action for Breach of the

Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing and Unjust Enrichment are hereby dismissed with

prejudice, including any and all claims for insurance bad faith. As a result of the above, the parties

stipulate to remand this matter to state court.
