1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 2 DISTRICT OF NEVADA 3 4 LUIS A. URENDA-BUSTOS, 5 Petitioner, ORDER v. 6 7 Case No. 2:18-cv-01073-JCM-DJA JERRY HOWELL, et al., 8 Respondents. 9 10 On February 2, 2024, petitioner filed an unopposed motion for extension of time 11 (fourth request) until April 2, 2024, to file a reply to the fourth amended petition. (ECF No. 12 85). Petitioner acknowledges that, in the last order granting an extension of time, the 13 court stated that it was not inclined to grant any further extensions of time absent 14 extraordinary circumstances. (See ECF Nos. 84, 85). Petitioner moves for one final 15 extension of time and sets forth the reasons why counsel was unable to meet the last 16 deadline but explains how counsel intends to meet an April 2nd deadline. (See ECF No. 17 85). 18 The court finds good cause exists to grant this final motion for extension of time 19 (fourth request) (ECF No. 85). Petitioner will have up to and including April 2, 2024, to 20 file a reply to the fourth amended petition. This is the final extension of time. 21 22 February 2024. DATED THIS ___ 5, day of February 2023. 23 24 25 UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE 26 27 28 1
