Plaintiff Candida Chaidez (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Trans Union LLC (“Trans

Union”), by and through their respective counsel, file this Joint Stipulation Extending Defendant

17

Trans Union’s Time to File an Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint.

On July 2, 2018, Plaintiff filed her Complaint. The current deadline for Trans Union to

19

answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint is July 26, 2018. Good cause exists for this

20

extension in that the allegations in Plaintiff’s Complaint involve her Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filed

21

in 2011, and Trans Union’s reporting of a tradeline during Plaintiff’s bankruptcy through March

22

2017. Trans Union needs additional time to locate and assemble the documents relating to

23

Plaintiff’s claims and Trans Union’s counsel will need additional time to review the documents

24

and respond to the allegations in Plaintiff’s Complaint.

Plaintiff has agreed to extend the deadline in which Trans Union has to answer or
otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint up to and including August 16, 2018. This is the first
