(“Experian”)’s Motion to Stay Discovery (ECF No. 22), filed on March 1, 2019. 14 Defendant requests a stay of discovery pending a ruling on its motion to dismiss. ECF No. 15 14. On March 11, 2019, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint. ECF No. 28. On March 13, 2019, 16 the Court denied Defendant’s motion to dismiss as moot. See ECF No. 29. The Court, therefore, 17 denies without prejudice Defendant’s motion to stay discovery as moot and the hearing set for 18 March 27, 2019 at 1:30 PM is hereby vacated. Accordingly, 19 20 21 22 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion to Stay Discovery (ECF No. 22) is denied without prejudice as moot.
