ECF 2. 1 Whereas, on May 18, 2020, Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ No. 18. Second Amended Complaint. ECF No. 24. 3. Whereas, on May 31, 2020, Plaintiffs filed a Response to the Motion to Dismiss. 6 ECF No. 27. Hence, the deadline for Defendants to file a reply is on June 8, 2020. See Fed. R. 7 Civ. P. 6(a)(1)(C). 8 9 10 11 4. Whereas, Defendants require additional time to evaluate Plaintiffs’ Response and file a proper reply; the parties agree to an additional one (1) week extension of time through June 15, 2020, for Defendants to file a reply in support of their Motion to Dismiss.
