motion, except a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 or a motion for attorney’s fees, constitutes a consent to

the granting of the motion.

I ORDER that any opposition to plaintiff’s motion for leave to file supplemental complaint (ECF

No. 40) must be filed on or before May 16, 2022. If defendants do not file an opposition by May 16, 2022,

plaintiff’s motion for leave to file supplemental complaint (ECF No. 40) may be granted.
