Order Adopting Report &

for Preliminary Injunction
[ECF Nos. 23, 31]

The magistrate judge has considered Plaintiff Trent Henrickson’s renewed motion for a
12 preliminary injunction 1 and recommends that I deny it because Henrickson has not established
13 that he will suffer irreparable harm if an injunction does not issue. 2 The deadline for any party to
14 object to that recommendation was January 5, 2022, and no party filed anything or asked to
15 extend the deadline to do so. “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and
16 recommendation unless objections are filed.” 3 Having reviewed the R&R, I find good cause to
17 adopt it, and I do.
18
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and
19 Recommendation [ECF No. 31] is ADOPTED in its entirety. The renewed motion for
20 preliminary injunction [ECF No. 23] is DENIED.
