UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
DISTRICT OF NEVADA
TENITTA D. FRANKLIN,
Case No.: 2:21-cv-02103-GMN-NJK
KLATKA PHILIP, et al.,
Because the Court granted Plaintiff’s request to proceed in forma pauperis, the Court
14 screened the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. Docket No. 4. The Court found that
15 Plaintiff’s complaint was deficient. Id. at 2-3. As a result, the Court dismissed Plaintiff’s
16 complaint and granted Plaintiff leave to amend, requiring that an amended complaint be filed no
17 later than January 4, 2022. Id. at 3. To date, the Court has not received an amended complaint or
18 any request to extend the deadline for filing one. The Court will grant Plaintiff one final
19 opportunity to amend her complaint.
Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that any amended complaint must be filed no later than
21 February 7, 2022. Failure to comply with this order will result in the recommended dismissal of
22 this case.
