USAA Casualty Insurance Company (“USAA CIC”), by and through its counsel of

18 record, Spencer Fane LLP, and Michael L. Walsh (“Plaintiff”), by and through his counsel
19 of record, Marathon Law Group, PLLC, hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time for
20 Defendant to file a response to Plaintiff’s Complaint from January 10, 2022 to January 17,
21 2022.

USAA CIC has informed Plaintiff that it intends on filing a motion to dismiss

23 Plaintiff’s extra contractual claims. Plaintiff has also made a settlement demand. The
