The parties request a 45-day extension of the current 21 joint pretrial order deadline of May 31, 2024. ECF No. 35. This is the sixth request for 22 extension and if granted the new deadline to file a joint pretrial order will be July 15, 2024. 23 This request is not made for the purpose of causing undue delay and prejudice. The parties 24 are acting in good faith to get this case resolved by continuing their settlement negotiations. 1 On May 29, 2024, Plaintiff extended a counteroffer to the Defendants, which the 2 Defendants need time to evaluate. For the foregoing reasons, the parties 5 request that the Court extend the deadline for the joint pretrial order to July 15, 2024. 6 Respectfully submitted this 31st day of May 2024. 7 8 JASON M.
