The defendants shall have until 2/24/2024 to file their response to 10 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff Toney White has until 3/8/2024 to file a reply. This does not indicate acceptance 11 of service. 12 I FURTHER ORDER that by February 12, 2024, the Attorney General’s Office shall 13 advise the court whether it will enter a limited notice of appearance on behalf of the defendants 14 only for purposes of responding to the motion for temporary restraining order. The defendants 15 shall have until February 26, 2024 to file their response to plaintiff Toney White’s motion for 16 temporary restraining order (ECF No. 10).
