Lin, Esq., of the LIN LAW GROUP, and Third-Party 3 Defendants, LEGACY INSURANCE GROUP and MIKE PAYNE (hereinafter, collectively the 4 “Third-Party Defendants”), by and through their respective attorney, Marc S.
