Pending before the Court is Defendant’s motion to transfer this case to the Southern District
13 of Georgia under the first-to-file rule and 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). Docket No. 5. The motion was
14 filed on October 30, 2023, making the deadline to respond November 13, 2023. See Local Rule
15 7-2(b).
Plaintiff did not respond.
Accordingly, the motion to transfer is GRANTED as
16 unopposed. Local Rule 7-2(d).1 This action is hereby TRANSFERRED to the Southern District
17 of Georgia.
