REV. STAT §41.660 [ECF 37] 22 23 24 25 26 1. On or about November 18, 2024, Defendants AJP EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION INC., filed their Motion to Dismiss under Nevada’s anti-SLAPP statute. 2.
