Plaintiff Nataliia Dzetsyna, and Defendants United States of America, Alejandro

22 stipulate to extend the time for the Federal Defendants to file an Answer or otherwise
23 respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint within 30 days, from November 29, 2024, to December
24 30, 2024.

This extension will allow additional time for the client agency to complete their

26 process and adjudicate Plaintiff’s claim.
