ORDER Granting 6 Stipulation to Remand, Allow Plaintiff to Dismiss Dillard's Inc., and File an Amended Complaint Naming the Correct Defendant. It is hereby ordered that the case shall be remanded to the Eight Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada.
