ORDER. The South Tahoe Public Utility Districts 2 Motion for Order Approving Temporary Change in Point of Diversion, Place and Manner of Use of Decreed Water Rights in California is GRANTED. The Court retains jurisdiction and authorizes the Water master to change the point of measurement of said waters as provided in paragraph 1 if the Watermaster determines that the amount of water diverted from the West Fork of the Carson River exceeds the amount that would have been diverted if the water h ad been used for irrigation purposes on the Diamond Valley Ranch. The District shall comply with all orders or directives of the Watermaster, and with the applicable Administrative provisions and other provisions of the Final Decree. (See Order for specifics).
