It is HEREBY ORDERED that the “Joint Motion to Vacate [89] 20 Scheduling Order” (#102) filed by the parties on July 16, 2014, is 21 GRANTED and the court’s April 22, 2014, discovery plan and 22 scheduling order (#89) is VACATED. 23 2. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants’ responses to all 24 outstanding written discovery (interrogatories, requests for 25 production, and requests for admission) shall be provided to 26 plaintiff’s counsel within fourteen (14) days of the date the court 27 rules on defendants’ motion to dismiss (#92). 28 1 1 3.
