However, plaintiff's complaint also invokes The due process and equal protection in each of the three counts. court finds that the substance of plaintiff's complaint goes only to his access to the courts claims, and that nothing in the record supports a claim under either due process or equal protection. Accordingly, to the extent plaintiff's complaint can be read to assert claims for violations of due process and equal protection, those claims are hereby dismissed. The defendants' motion for summary judgment (#68) is GRANTED. The clerk of the court shall enter judgment accordingly. IT IS SO ORDERED. DATED: This 12th day of July, 2010.
